We are currently on the lookout for a polished and professional Receptionist for our client who is a leader in the financial services space! You will be the first point of contact for all staff and clients.
Who is the perfect candidate?
We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and is comfortable with multitasking, is tech savvy, working under pressure, and collaboratively with team members.
Tasks will be broad and will include:
- Taking incoming calls and emails;
- Facilitate with event coordination;
- Onboarding new starters;
- Meeting room management; and
- Ad hoc administrative duties for the wider team.
