Our client is seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join in their brand-new inner-city office on a 3- 6-month assignment with the aim to go permanent. Working in a corporate, friendly environment - you will become an integral member of the team
About the role:
- Providing the highest level of customer service both on the phone and in face-to-face interactions
- Answering phones and emails and directing appropriately
- Meet & Greet visitors and assist with sign in
- Incoming / outgoing mail and couriers
- Processing the stationery order
- Restocking the reception guest beverage area
- SAP processing of office facilities invoices
- Booking of meeting rooms and resetting after guests
- Receipt of uniform orders
About you:
- Corporate Reception Experience is essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Proven high level of customer service and communication skills
- Proactive, friendly, courteous and professional demeanour
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to grasp new programs
- SAP experience advantageous
