The role of Receptionist is about supporting our operations team to deliver unrivalled care to our clients. You are often the first and last impression of Vector Health on our clients. A warm, open and approachable personality and sincere customer service delivery are a must for this role.
The job role encompasses a range of duties that are listed below. You will work in an experienced team to deliver outstanding support services to clients and our team members. Duties could encompass the following:
Following closing procedures of facility
Basic reconciliation of daily takings (eftpos and cash)
Some light cleaning
Stocktaking
Greeting Clients as they enter facility
Booking appointments
Entering in new referrals and new clients into a database
Attention to detail following set processes
Maintaining client confidentiality
Written communication through email and entering information into work databases.
Assisting with managing calendars of allied health and fitness professionals
Taking customer payments via HiCaps, Eftpos and Cash.
Invoicing and Receipting customers
Participating in work meetings as directed
Copying, Scanning, Faxing as required
Qualifications required
Drivers’ Licence – Open C Class
Blue Card (working with children)
Qualifications preferred
Certificate II or III Business Operations
Completed Grade 12 with minimum pass English and Maths

Interpersonal communication
Verbal – able to articulate yourself well to clients and co-workers
Verbal – conflict resolution skills or ability to acquire through training
Must love working with people
Outward positive attitude
Written – Able to write professional emails, take and pass on messages that convey accurate information to receiver.
Use of Technology
Used and proficient with Microsoft Suite
Used or ability to acquire knowledge for customer database systems

HiCaps knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge
Eftpos use
Fax, scanner and Photocopier
