This is a hands on reception role and will also involve providing efficient, accurate and timely support for our administration and sales areas of the business. This is a contract role until June 2025.
About the Role
You will need to be driven and attentive to detail as this position will be involved with:
- Promotion of Crown Services over the phone
- The prompt answering of all incoming calls and directing to the right area
- Providing assistance in both the administrative and sales areas
- Greeting all visitors with accurate record keeping for site passes and access
- Supervising the collection and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail
- Any other adhoc duties required
About You
- Previous experience in an administration environment
- High attention to detail is a must
- A great attitude towards customer service
- A person who takes responsibility for their own performance
- Excellent communication skills
- Office and data entry experience
