New opportunity available for an ambitious Receptionist to join our team located near the Brisbane DFO, surrounded by local cafes, resturants - public transport and parking available!

• Opportunity to get your foot in the door to Recruitment
• Full time permanant position, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
• Potential to grow within the business, training provided

Duties:

• Greeting all personnel that walk through the door
• Answering and directing phone calls and emails
• Scanning and saving documents to relevant drives and data base
• Organise stationery and deliveries for supplies
• Assisting other divisions where required with paperwork
• General reception duties

You:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and eager to learn
• Able to work well in a team and individually
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Ms Office Suite capabilities
