SalaryAbout UsBell Street Family Medical Center is a growing Medical Center (GP clinic) situated on Bell Street in Pascoe Vale South, Vic. We are looking for a flexible, hard working and deligent receptionist to join our lovely team.The Role
- Manage patient flow within a busy doctor's clinic
- Be customer service focused
- Liaise with internal and external service providers to facilitate efficient daily operations
- Contribute to the strong team culture by communicating effectively
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks as needed on a daily basis
- To work approximately 16-20 hours per week, must be flexible to fill in
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- 1 year experience in medical administration (desireable)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Good time management skills and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work autonomously in a busy team environment
- Professional and courteous manner
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion

- To commence as soon as possible
- Two - three permanent shifts per week, plus fill ins. This may be increased in the futureif you're interested.
