The Role

• Expertly manage incoming phone calls, guaranteeing swift and efficient responses
• Daily execution of top-tier administrative tasks, maintaining a smooth operational flow
• Team player extraordinaire, collaborating seamlessly to optimize office efficiency
• Integral support provider to our esteemed sales and property management teams, ensuring their success through impeccable administrative assistance

You  

• Established track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
• Immaculate presentation with exceptional attention to detail 
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal 
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Prior Reception experience required
• Reliable and works well with a team 
• Agents Rep Certificate 
• Valid driver's license 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
