What you'll be doing

We are in the market for a National Business Development Manager who is a self motivated go-getter, someone who is eager to make a difference and impact within our company and clientele. Are you passionate about selling Property Services solutions across diverse industries and establishing strong client connections? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to make this role your own. You will be on the hunt, proactively identifying and targeting potential clients. market research is key to understand trends and outshine competitors.

Building unshakable relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers is your forte. You'll know their needs inside out, showcasing how our solutions will add value within their organisation. Create and execute sales plans that wow! Map out target sectors and accounts, building a robust pipeline of opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for a seamless sale- to- delivery handovers. 

As you will be on the road most of the weeks, we would like to think that no 2 days would be a like!

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Developing and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the direct Line Manager for our Business Development team 
  • Converting leads into new business 
  • Ownership of new client intake and working with various external stakeholders until client is fully transitioned into the business
  • Working closely with our marketing and communications team and their strategies to promote the services in which we provide (commercial cleaning)
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and business analytics for Business Development
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • All other duties as directed by our Managing Director

What do I need?

A degree in Business, Marketing or related field or 5+ years of proven sales experience.

  • A proven track record in new Business Development within the Facility Services, Medical, Aged Care, Cleaning sectors or similar. 
  • Have an exceptional ability to build and manage a killer sales pipeline, consistently exceeding targets. 
  • Have high level communication and presentation skills
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software, GoldMine is strongly desirable
