We are actively seeking a dynamic Office Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity vibrant, energetic individual to become the welcoming face of our business.
The Position
In this position, you will serve as the welcoming face of the business and the primary point of contact for all office and administrative needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to start in this role and really make it their own, with the potential to grow within our expanding company.
Key duties will include:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handling orders for kitchen supplies, stationery, and catering, which involves keeping track of inventory and placing orders in a timely manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Assisting with the setup and pack down of meeting rooms, which may involve arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and ensuring the space is clean and tidy
- Providing comprehensive administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying & binding
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Requirements
- A warm and friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding service to customers
