This reputable accounting firm in Toowoomba is seeking a Receptionist to join their team of 20 staff.
Your role will include:
- Reception duties; meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Ordering stationary, office & kitchen supplies
- Receiving / sorting mail
- Maintaining the boardroom and meeting rooms
- Co-ordinating client documents, letter preparation, booking couriers
- Data entry and updating ATO and ASIC information
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will need:
- Receptionist experience ideally in a professional services firm - accounting or law firm will be advantageous
- Proficient user of Microsoft Suite
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Show initiative, be self-motivated and proactive
