Integrity Business Centre has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist at our conveniently located Osborne Park office. This role would suit someone with previous reception experience and is available for immediate start.
Hours:
The successful applicant will be available to work Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm & Fridays 8:30am-4pm with flexibility. During training we will offer a more casual based role/hours and once competent will move to the above hours.
The Role:
We are looking to employ a genuine, friendly and dynamic person with a high work ethic. Advanced in computer and IT skills is an absolute MUST. Some of your other key responsibilities will include:
- Switchboard - directing incoming & outgoing calls
- Welcoming and attending to clients and visitors
- Preparation of meeting rooms & boardrooms
- Stocktaking of stationary and supplies
- Maintaining kitchen and coffee machines
- Weekly/Monthly paperwork and data entry
- Other administrative duties when required
- Invoicing via Xero accounting software
The successful applicant MUST have the following skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced computer and IT skills
- A highly professional manner and work ethic
- Well organised with excellent time management skills
- Previous reception and phone answering experience is essential
- Responsibility and accountability with the capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- A positive, happy and enthusiastic approach
- Previous accounting experience is an advantage
