We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist based in our Eagle Farm, Brisbane facility. This role will report to the Team Lead and as the first point of contact for the business has the responsibility of providing a professional approach while assisting the administration department with various tasks. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to progress their career within other areas of the business.
The fundamental responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering all incoming telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors and drivers
- Opening incoming mail and organising outgoing mail
- Data entry
- Raising general sales invoices, including disbursements
- Filing, archiving of job files
- Maintaining archive register
- General filing
- Ordering stationery
- Ordering photocopier consumables
- Clean kitchen/coffee machine & restock consumables
- Supporting the Finance department coding supplier invoices
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Current unrestricted drivers licence
Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal History check.
