Receptionist

Rosebud and District Accident Repairs are looking for a full-time Receptionist. There is an immediate start for the successful applicant. This opportunity is for a motivated, result driven team player looking for long term employment in a friendly professional environment. 

Along with this, you will need:

• Excellent customer service skills 
• Previous experience in a reception role 
• High level of organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Have a progressive, team-oriented approach to problem solving
• Ability to use Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

About the Role:

• General reception duties including answering phones, re-directing calls
• Greeting & welcoming our valued customers
• Providing administrative support as required
• Take bookings and requests
• Maintaining the reception area; cleanliness, consumables, and a great vibe
