Job Description:
As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing outstanding support to our clients and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Responsible for providing administration support to Property Management & Sales Teams
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Providing information to clients about properties and services offered
- Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work and communicate as part of a large team
- Diligent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well in a busy environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly smile and voice
- Professional appearance and demeanor
