This role will be Part-Time, 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls and email queries
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Organising couriers to and from stores and suppliers
- Bulk mail outs to stores for signage and OH&S updates
- Receiving and sorting mail/deliveries
- Provide administration support as required to the Retail Leadership Team
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude, happy to help no matter how big or small the task
- Ability to stay calm and polite in all situations and provide outstanding customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and MS Office Skills
- Ability to be flexible with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Retail experience is not mandatory but would be highly regarded
- Experience in a similar reception/customer service role
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask; coordinating groups of people, courier pick-ups and drop offs and high volume of phone calls
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and building relationships with a key stakeholders
