Qualifications & experience
- Friendly and approachable with great communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and word processing
- Experience in a similar role or training in reception tasks would be beneficial

- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Receipting client payments and associated data entry tasks
- Collation of financial information
- Ordering office supplies
- Tax lodgement processing
- Entering tax assessments
- Trust account administration
- Scanning and filing
- Use of ATO website and printing client tax reports
