Fletchers Real Estate are seeking a Trainee Receptionist / Administrative Support person to assist our Property Management and Sales Team. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member, in accordance with the organisations office routines and procedures.

Duties:
- As the first point of contact for most clients, endeavor to answer the phone enquiries in an efficient friendly and professional manner
- Greeting clients
- Collect and distribute mail
- Handle rental receipts from tenants
- Data entry
- Managing the collection and distribution of keys to contractors
- Take responsibility of ordering and monitoring office supplies
- Assisting with rental enquiries
- Assisting Property Managers with general correspondence to both tenants and landlords
- Keep window displays and rental lists up to date
- Checking rental applications, including references, employment and previous rental history.
- Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales administration
