Laurie Kelly Real Estate is a boutique Agency specializing in the sale & management of property within the City of Belmont and surrounds. We are currently seeking an individual to join our dynamic office as Receptionist /Junior. Salary package can be negotiated to inc company Motor Vehicle.
The role covers the following tasks:
- Answer telephone calls
- Liaise with owners, tenants, sellers
- General administrative duties
- Assist co-ordination of inspections
- Assist to facilitate settlement
- Report to Licencee regularly
- CRM database entry
The role requires the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Graduated Year 12
- Immaculate presentation
- Enthusiastic approachable
- High attention to detail
- Professionalism
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take direction
- Basic understanding of Real Estate industry
