Dr. Umed Cosmetics is looking for a friendly, well spoken, and well presented receptionist/administrator to work on a casual basis across 5+ days per week with optional Saturdays. You will be working with a small group of nurses, skin therapists and a doctor. Previous clinical reception/administrative experience are essential for this role and a knowledge of cosmetic injectables and skin are welcome but not necessary. We are seeking someone who is quick and eager to learn about clinic and has exceptional organisational skills.

As an experienced Clinical Receptionist, you will be the first face clients see when they walk in the door. We are looking for following skills and attributes:
- A friendly and outgoing demeanour
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Tech savvy and fast learner regarding new systems (Kitomba)
- Experience with Medical Director and Kitomba is highly regarded
- Great listener and good in following procedures and polices of the clinic
- Pride herself in good hygiene
Your task and duties will include:
- Customer service
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Ensuring that all forms have been completed
- Processing payments
- Booking appointments, confirming appointments and dealing with cancellations
- Checking follow up inbox and requests for transfer of medical records using Medical Director
- Managing phones and emails
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the clinic
- Processing of sales and gift vouchers
