About the Role
We are looking for an experienced All Rounder to assist us across Front Office & Housekeeping on a Full Time basis to welcome and make our park at South Bright a special place for our guests.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering a range of front-line reception services
- Ensuring that all enquiries, bookings, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively and courteously
- Cleaning and servicing of rooms in preparation for our guests to arrive.
- Cleaning rooms
- Changing beds
- Cleaning shower and bathrooms
- Cleaning communal areas
- Clearing any rubbish and debris from around the grounds
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience (or the ability to quickly master) in booking systems, New Book would be advantageous
- Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
- A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
- Strong Administration, written, verbal Skills
- High standards and an excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
This position is Full Time (or Part Time)where weekend availability is highly desirable. Your main duties will be across Front Office but we are seeking applicants who are happy to assist in Housekeeping when required.
