As a critical partner reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes and other generalist HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment and HR administration processes through related activities, including advertising processes, employment screening, HR management activities and use of HR and business systems.
- Support the HR Manager in developing and delivering HR strategies and initiatives such as talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Processing HR-related documentation for end-to-end recruitment, position descriptions, advertising campaigns, and other ad-hoc administrative requests.
- Develop and manage talent pools comprising both passive and active candidates, utilising social media channels like SEEK and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Collect and analyse workforce data and produce reports on HR activities, trends, and project progress.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and internal stakeholders to integrate the Diversity & Inclusion strategy seamlessly into HR strategies by educating leaders on its vital role in fostering high-performing teams.
- Supporting and mentoring leaders in building strategies for conflict resolution and performance management with support from the leadership team.
Your Background:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years experience within the luxury hotel/retail sector.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
- Ability to demonstrate vital planning, coordination, and execution skills and high interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exhibit the ability to navigate and prioritise within a dynamic business environment while effectively managing stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledgeable in collating, interpreting, and diagnosing HR analytics for prediction and reporting purposes.
- Exposure to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 would be advantageous.
