This client of ours are a leading strata agency operating out of offices in the North West area. They are now looking for a receptionist to join the team and assist with day to day office duties. With no experience required, you will have a great attitude and good admin skills.
The Role:
- Filing of all documents and management of all files/filing system, including archive management.
- Assist with Bi-Laws and strata admin
- Arrange meetings, conferences and events, meeting room bookings, AV equipment, catering, videoconferences and teleconferences
- General scanning, printing, photocopying and laminating.
- Preparation and carrying out Strata searches.
- Management/preparation of outgoing and incoming mail.
- Arrange courier pickups and deliveries.
- Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
- No experience needed, however, admin experience would be advantageous
- No certificate needed
- Strong presentation skills as you are the FACE of the agency
- Ex property manager or ex strata manager wanting to take a start back OR someone looking to get started in the industry
- Full training provided
