We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist to join this exclusive business in their stunning CBD office.About the role:
This role is a Temporary Contract with the possibility of becoming permanent in the future.
Your responsibilities:
Well suited to an individual who takes pride in their professional polish, this role will see you being the gatekeeper of a sophisticated and successful workplace. While being the face of the business when meeting and greeting clients, you will also be responsible for office administration, preparing the day-to-day supplies, managing inbound and outbound calls and providing extensive customer care. This position will see the successful applicant reporting directly to the COO but assisting all colleagues where needed.
Ideal candidate profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Capable of multitasking on projects/initiatives of various sizes and complexity.
- Maturity, warmth, professionalism and team orientation all rolled into one!
- Be exceptionally well organised and able to hit deadlines.
- Have excellent communication and time management skills.
- Be approachable and offer excellent customer service.
- Commitment to the role and the desire to be a career Receptionist.
- Willing to take on overflow of tasks delegated to you if required.
