Role Detail
Join our dynamic team at KWM's Sydney office, nestled in the prestigious One Farrer business precinct. As a key member of our professional Business Services function, you'll be the friendly face that represents us on the client floor. If you're a polished and welcoming individual with a passion for outstanding customer service, this role might be your perfect fit.
Your day to day will include acting as first point of contact, managing meeting rooms, anticipating client and staff needs, liaising with our catering team and above all, striving to create an exceptional KWM experience. As a top tier international law firm, every client (internal or external) receives five-star treatment. You will be key to sustaining our signature VIP atmosphere on the client floor and to setting the standard for exceptional client service - every time.
This role is offered on an initial 12-month contract basis, with shifts allocated on a rostered basis Monday to Friday. This will be primarily covering the 11:30am - 6:30pm shift, however some flexibility may be required on occasion.

About You
If you're a polished and welcoming corporate receptionist skilled at creating exceptional client experiences, this could be your role! We'd love to see:
- Sound knowledge of reception and front of house operations, including previous experience in the corporate/hospitality arena, ideally within professional services
- Impeccable grooming with the ability to maintain a corporate uniform
- An impressive phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good planning and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work without close supervision with strong use of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientated with an ability to develop sound client relationships
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team focused, supporting all facets of the team to achieve a common goal
- Pro-active approach, shows initiative with a willingness to learn
- Results oriented
- Confident and reliable, being flexible in approach whilst able to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible in working hours
