Key Responsibilities
- Ensure residents, visitors and staff are welcomed and provided with the highest level of customer service.
- Reception duties including answering phones, direct incoming calls to necessary departments and co-workers as required.
- Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide information to residents and representatives, ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner.
About You
- Previous experience within Residential Aged Care is preferred but not essential.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional phone manner
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new packages
- Time management skills
- Self-motivation with well-developed organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Requirements for the Role
National Police Check Valid no later than 3 months
