The Role

We are looking to expand our team with a performer to fill the role of receptionist.

This full-time position involves but is not limited to;

• Greeting clients
• General Reception duties: answering phone calls, scanning, filing, ,emails and correspondence, calendar management, scheduling meetings etc.
• Axiom event coordination including bookings, food orders etc. setting up etc.
• Data entry and maintenance of various spreadsheets/databases and ensure the confidential management of sensitive information.

To be successful in this role, we expect that you will have the following attributes:

• Positive outlook and pleasant phone manner 
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise work (sense of urgency when required)
• Experience working independently and in a team environment
• Basic skills in Word, Excel and Outlook applications
