Receptionist

Gervale Homes build quality manufactured homes, operating out of our brand-new factory in Nagambie.

Our current project is the construction of 145 homes for the new Lifestyle Village Waterways Nagambie. With the rapid expansion of our business, we are currently looking for new team member.

Located in Nagambie in our brand-new warehouse we are seeking a Receptionist to join the team .This position is a job-share opportunity for two days per week, with the flexibility to choose between casual or part-time arrangements based on your preference.

This role is key to working with our front office staff and responsible for many varied tasks, they include managing the reception area of Gervale Homes. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative tasks.

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department

- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

- Ordering and maintaining office supplies

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
