The Opportunity
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Brisbane office during the hours of 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to engage with our esteemed clients and key business partners, serving as the firm's public representative and initial point of contact. Accountabilities
- Answering calls and greeting clients and visitors upon arrival
- Assisting with functions, events and catering
- Arranging meeting room bookings and assist with IT set-up when required
- Managing deliveries and dealings with building management
To succeed in this role, you might have:

- Passion for high level service and professionalism
- Initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels
