The Position
- Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
- Assisting with property management administration
- Following checklist procedures
- Coordinating routine inspections for the PM's
- Banking and mail
- Liaising with contractors
- Database management, fielding calls, and taking messages
- Preparing marketing material
- Previous reception/ administration experience is essential
- Previous experience in real estate will be highly regarded
- Well presented, and a keen eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Confident telephone manner & customer service skills
- Intermediate computing skills
- Career progression opportunities
- Will put through property management traineeship
- Ongoing training and development
