RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Answering phones & appointment bookings
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Manage the presentation of the reception area to ensure a professional corporate image is always maintained
- Coordinating all incoming & outgoing mail including couriers
- Scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to Directors, Administration & Accounting staff
- Maintaining client database
- Maintaining ATO/ASIC document communication
- Run errands including banking
- Additional Ad hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- Exposure to Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent personal presentation & professionalism
- Possess excellent written & verbal communications as well as a high attention to detail
- Have a willingness to learn, enjoy working autonomously & to be a proactive member of our Administration team
- An upbeat friendly personality
SALARY:
- $50k - $55k annual salary plus superannuation (negotiable depending on experience) & as part of our screening process, candidates must submit to a police check .
