AR One Stop Autos is a family run workshop that has been serving the Kenwick community for 35 years. We have a loyal, long-term customer base who have kept coming for our friendly, high quality, honest and reliable service. We see a great variety of vehicles day-to-day, offering servicing, repairs, tyres, and wheel alignments.
We’re looking for a Receptionist to join our friendly team 3 days per week, Wednesday-Friday.
This role can be fast paced where multitasking & people skills are a must. Our receptionists are the face of our company, creating positive impressions that last.
If this sounds like you, and you’d like to apply, here’s what you’ll be saying yes to:
- Providing excellent customer service in person & over the phone
- Making coffees for our waiting clients
- Working effectively within a team using clear communication
- Reception duties: answering phones, keeping the reception & cafe areas neat and tidy, managing the email inbox & bookings calendar, creating job cards and invoices for clients, debt collection, taking payments and organising credits/returns
And here is what we require from you:
- Computer competence with the ability to quickly pick up new software and systems
- Basic knowledge of cars or willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Ablility to multitask & think on your feet
- High levels of integrity, professionalism & a positive attitude
- Great work ethic
Bonus points if you have used Workshop Software before or have some experience with business social media posting.
