As a first point of contact, either face to face or on the phone, you will love servicing the needs of our clients and stakeholders. As well as front office responsibilities you will also assist with the day-to-day general administration activities, whilst working collaboratively across the broader team at Topdrill.The position is residential Kalgoorlie-based (5:2 roster) Full-time roleThe day to dayPrimarily, you are the first port of call for our customers. You will be required to answer the phones and direct calls to the appropriate work areas. Our clients and guests attend our head office, and you will be responsible for ensuring they are met with a smileProviding clerical support across the officeReceiving
and sorting daily mail, as well as receiving and dispatching deliveries
when requiredAssist
with event management and support senior management in organisation of
daily/weekly/monthly meetings within the companyUndertake
project-based work for the Managing Director and Administration Executive
when requiredManage
the ordering and completing stock takes of company office supplies and
uniformsProvide
administrative support to other departments such as
HR/Safety/Operations/MaintenanceAbout you
Be a
self-starter with strong communication skills
Be
able to obtain and maintain a current national police clearance
Have
excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to
detail
Have
strong computer skills in MS Office suite and safety programs
Hold
