We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our expanding Fire and Safety Business.
What’s on Offer:
- Permanent full-time contract
- Wage based on experience with potential for growth
- Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 40 hour week
- Bayswater office location
Required Attributes and Skills:
- Strong ability to work within a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail (including grammar) and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong ability to multi-task, answer phones and respond to emails promptly
- Proven office reception & administration experience
- SimPRO data Base experience (desirable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of MYOB (desirable but not essential)
Daily Tasks will include:
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Data entry
- Answering customer queries via phone and email
- Co-ordinating between company divisions
- General administrative tasks including office restocking and ordering
