About our role We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our HR team. The scope of this role includes providing administrative support to our dedicated team, based in our corporate office, Subiaco. This role will suit a candidate with well-developed administrative skills, who is passionate about developing their career in recruitment or human resources and is seeking a permanent full-time employment. Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to corporate talent team, by completing all administrative tasks linked to candidates’ due diligence and onboarding.
- Management of all pre-employment checks, medical bookings, NPC and collection of all relevant documentation required.
- Maintain Northern Star’s recruitment RCM (Success Factors) with up to date and accurate candidate workflow functions.
- Liaison with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Undertaking general admin and recruitment support duties as required.
Required skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a high-volume mobilisation environment.
- Excellent communication skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including MS Office Suite, INX and Success Factors is essential.
- Agile mindset accompanied by willingness adapt to a dynamic, growing company.
