Minara Resources has an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our established and dedicated team.
Minara Resources is Australia's largest cobalt producer and a major world producer of nickel. Our Murrin Murrin site in WA's northern Goldfields is an integrated nickel and cobalt mining and processing operation employing over 1,000 people. The Role
The successful candidate will become a key member of a small hardworking and committed team, working Monday to Friday based in Perth on a fixed term contract, supporting our Murrin Murrin site with a strong focus on blue collar recruitment.
You will be responsible for:
- End to end recruitment within an assigned portfolio, predominantly for blue collar roles including obtaining job specifications, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, fulfilling recruitment compliance requirements, and onboarding;
- Working closely with key stakeholders, and driving a positive candidate experience;
- Hands-on recruitment administration, ensuring high standards are maintained in end-to-end recruitment processes, administration, systems and tracking; and
- Work collaboratively with other Recruitment & HR team members.
About You
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner this hands-on role would suit an experienced Recruitment Advisor who is flexible, highly motivated, able to hit the ground running and work independently on an assigned portfolio.
You will also have:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with solid knowledge of the mining & resources industry;
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder engagement experience;
- Strong recruitment administration skills;
- Previous experience in using Acendre would be highly desirable, however training will be provided; and
- Demonstrated application of continuous improvement ideas.
