About the Role:
Annual Base Salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 dependent on experience.
Our Recruitment Consultants provide exceptional customer service to Protech clients by making accurate, safe, and methodical recruitment decisions that lead to the highest quality of placement for each role. This position will see you take on key responsibilities, such as the following:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Pre-screening, interviewing, shortlisting, reference checking and placements
- Managing and growing our existing client relationships
- Delivering excellent candidate care and building long term relationships with field employees
- Build talent pools and reverse marketing our great employees into our client base

Desired Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Desirable to hold a relevant qualification in Business or HR. (to at least Diploma or Bachelor level)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in recruitment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to set deadlines.
