Duties:

• Interview and screening candidates to determine who is suitable for the vacancies
• Writing and placing ads on SEEK, LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed etc.
• Collecting relevant tickets, qualifications, and licenses for each candidate
• VEVO checks where required
• Booking drug and alcohols, medicals, refresher courses for tickets with RTO providers, VOC's where needed
• Mobilisation for various sites and projects, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed for each site, sending inductions
• Issuing contracts for those who are locked in for upcoming work
• Liaising with various internal account managers with reporting and confirmations

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and proactive with your previous working positions
• Recruitment experience is not essential, although would be highly regarded
• Able to work full time, contact hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, must be contactable after hours
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
