Position: Logistics Coordinator; Hazelmere location Pay: $45 p/h + Super Working Hours: 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm
This is an ongoing role so not suited to working holiday visa holders.
Responsibilities Include:
Fulfilling customer purchase orders promptly and accurately.
Ensuring timely invoicing of clients to maintain smooth transactions.
Coordinating seamlessly with 3PL providers for efficient deliveries.
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining detailed inventory reports.
Addressing customer and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Providing essential office administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Dependable and able to manage tasks independently.
Prior experience in logistics or related administrative roles preferred but not required.
