About the roleAs the Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will support the process of selecting and onboarding top-tier talent. - Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support in identifying top talent.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports for analysis and decision-making purposes.
Selection Criteria * Proven experience in recruitment coordination, preferably within the IT industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and the ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
