Your new company is a large Tertiary Education provider which is part of the NSW Government.
They are located in the Inner Western suburbs of Sydney close to public transport.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the team throughout the hiring process. You will be working to support an assigned portfolio as well as the broader TA team.
You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from ad posting to scheduling interviews, maintenance of the ATS, scheduling interviews and conducting compliance checks, while providing high level candidate and stakeholder experience.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in an internal Recruitment Coordinator role, ideally in the education and/or Public Sector industry
- Experience managing a high-volume of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- This is a temp role until the end of the year. Therefore, all candidates must have no visa work restrictions.
- Previous experience using Workday will be highly regarded
