We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full time basis. The key to success within this position is the ability to be proactive, self-driven and competent in managing time effectively paired with the ability to be adaptive and flexible to the changing needs of the business.
About the role
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in the efficient and effective recruitment of staffing resources within all service areas in Carrington. This position will oversee the overall end to end recruitment process, and will be responsible for attracting, sourcing and recruiting talented individuals to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for finding the right applicants to support our mission of providing high quality care to our residents.
About you:
- Previous experience in recruitment with a strong knowledge of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy, challenging environment
- Proven evidence of building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive Management
- Caring and compassionate attitude as well as displaying initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or appropriate previous experience (desirable)
