We have a full-time position for an experienced Recruiter to join our team, based in Brisbane. This role will require you to engage professionally and efficiently with our applicants, staff and clients.
Your tasks will include:
- End to end recruitment of healthcare professionals for casual & ongoing positions
- Being first point of contact for all inbound recruitment calls
- Work across various platforms to screen and shortlist candidates
- Conduct interviews with candidates with relevant qualifications for industry and agency work
- Ensuring compliance of all staff, in line with client agreements
- Conduct AHPRA, reference and police checks
- Managing the candidate's experience and ensuring staff have a positive and efficient onboarding process
About you:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
- At least two years experience in recruitment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High level time management skills & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
- Work in a strong, team environment
