Due to growth, we are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our clients brand new offices in Hamilton with onsite parking.
This is a permanent role that will see you join a close-knit team who ensure that their clients in the Care and Health industry receive the right support from their highly skilled nursing workforce. From their database of nursing professionals, they match the right candidates to a variety of shifts, consistently delivering and meeting their clients rostering needs.
This exciting role will see you working as a recruitment resourcing specialist for the medical sector engaging with nursing professionals to fill their clients rostering requirements. This is a full function role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing, candidate management and some account management.
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Able to demonstrate strong customer centric experience
- Be motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Highly organized and able to prioritise own workload
