ABOUT THE ROLE

Key responsibilities

• Provide administration support to our recruitment consultants who place doctors into public and private hospital positions.
• Manage and organise placement and credentialing documents for doctors. 
• Ensure compliance and pre-placement checks completed to make locum doctors work ready.
• Maintenance of files and databases on CRM system.
• Maintaining regular contact with doctors and clients by phone and email, and ensure locum doctor availability is updated.
• Posting job vacancies on various media.

ABOUT YOU

Skills and experience

• Be outgoing and professional.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be highly motivated and show initiative.
• Able to work as part of a team, but also independently.
• Must demonstrate attention to detail.
• Have a focus on document management, formatting and word processing and managing excel spreadsheets.
• Have excellent computer and administration skills including competency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Previous experience in the recruitment industry will be highly regarded.
