Recruitment/Training Officer

Ausgroup Industrial Services (AGIS) offer a highly skilled & experienced workforce which consists of Scaffolders, Riggers, Industrial Painters, Abrasive Blasters, Boilermakers, Welders, Trade Assistants, Industrial Cleaners and Supervisors.

Due to New Contracts AGIS are expanding and currently seeking aRecruitment/Training Officerto support the growth of our business. This role will be working within our current highly skilled support team. Experience across HR, Recruitment, Training and Administration functions would be seen as advantageous.

Experience required: 

• Training or Site Administration experience. (advantageous).
• HR Support or Recruitment exposure experience (advantageous).
• Onboarding experience of new personnel. (desirable).
• Understanding of mining and construction industry training requirements. (desirable).
• Understanding of coalboard medicals and training requirements or willingness to learn. (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communications skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced role.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
