We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated go getter to join our Operational team.
The Regional Coordinator will support the Operations Manager with the local coordination of relevant services in the region.
The Regional Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of Employment program/s Services locally. The Regional Coordinator will be the first point of contact for general service operational/policy queries from Employment services staff in the region.
Other duties will include
- Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and community organisations through community consultations;
- Compliance & training of frontline staff as directed by the Executive team;
- Supporting the Operations Manager in effective contract management to manage the performance of the sub-contract and Activity Host partners;
- Fostering a positive culture that strives to achieve targets while maintain high levels of customer service and continuous improvement;
- Providing in person and remote mentoring, coaching, and training to the team to develop their skills and competence on systems, procedures, and client management;
- Empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients;
- Facilitating a consistently high standard of operational delivery of outcomes for their immediate team through training, evaluation, and support,

- Ability to organise and manage time and workloads effectively to ensure operational efficiency,
- The ability to motivate and empower staff towards agreed goals and objectives,
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of people, stakeholders, community members and funding body representatives,
- High degree of administrative proficiency with a keen eye for detail,
- Strong computer literacy in particular, proficiency in using Microsoft Office software programs,
- Ability to adhere to CPGs’ purpose statements and values, policies and procedures, safe work procedures and code of conduct,
- Willingness to comply with contractual, quality standard, National Standards for Disability Services (NSDS), codes of practice and service guarantees,
- Willingness to undertake and relevant training as directed by CPG,
- Experience in or understanding of Employment Services environment.
