Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Regional Manager for North Queensland. This position entails overseeing the management and operations of our 4 direct-owned restaurants in the region, with potential for additional locations in the early future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all restaurants, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service standards.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of each restaurant, setting and achieving targets for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Development: Provide leadership and support to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment and facilitating training and development initiatives.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize profitability and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement at each location.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety across all restaurants, adhering to relevant health and safety regulations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters(located in Brisbane) and restaurant staff, facilitating effective communication and alignment of goals and initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in management positoin, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical abilities, with a track record of driving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer preferences in the North Queensland region is preferred.
• Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations within the region as needed.
