Role
This is a highly autonomous role with you reporting directly to the Operations Manager. No two days will ever be the same, there will be travel involved daily throughout your region. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of servicein the Brisbane Regionand that your team is delivering on the brand promise.
Other responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong and lasting client and cleaner relationships
Following up on quotes and closing sales opportunities
Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities
On-boarding new clients
Resolving any disputes in a timely manner
Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained
About You
You have strong leadership skills, are well-presented, have strong time management skills, are highly organised, you have a sharp eye for detail. You can build quick rapport with people from all walks of life. You have strong customer service skills. You are comfortable managing a team of cleaners.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving KPI’s
Ability to engage with all stakeholders
Previous experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations
Strong commercial acumen
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Reliable and professional attitude
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

You will receive full training and continued support from your peers. The salary is $75,000 + superannuation and car allowance.
