What you will bring to the team:

• Facilitate education sessions and workshops and record and maintain training records
• Conduct competency-based assessments. 
• Introduce new staff to key policies and specialised care skills at induction.
• Be an essential contributor to our multidisciplinary team in managing our participant’s health care
• Promote our values, including the human right for everyone to be contributing members of the community
• Willingness to share ideas and think outside the box
