Our Customer Experience team is growing, and we are currently recruiting for an Engagement Officer.
About the role:
- Permanent Full-Time
- Flexible location – NSW, QLD, TAS, WA and VIC locations
As an Engagement Officer your role is to deliver outstanding customer experience, coordinating the onboarding of NDIS participants into services that meet their needs. As an NDIS whizz, you’ll be responsible for handling service enquiries, engaging with our service delivery teams, and supporting other business development and marketing activities.
The role is part of a wider team, responsible for delivering outcomes in line with our growth strategy. The role will suit someone who is highly motivated, engaging with a strong customer service focus.

About you:
As an Engagement Officer, you’ll have the following qualities:
- Customer centric – As one of the first people to interact with new client enquiries, you understand what itis that elevates a customer’s experience.
- Exercise initiative and/or judgement – You’ll have appreciation of the necessity to exercise initiative and/or judgement within clearly established procedures and/or guidelines to find positive solutions in response to identified needs.
- Professionalism – You will always act in a manner which promotes the organisation in a positive manner
- Highly enthusiastic individual – Be able to work towards long term goals, whilst effectively managing daily tasks.
- Adaptability to Change – Be able to willingly participate in and support the change process.
- Attention to detail – A strong focus on ensuring accurate preparation of all material in a timely manner.
- Be able to develop strong, professional relationships with all internal/external stakeholders.
What is essential?
- Tertiary qualification (or higher) in marketing, business or relevant human services speciality or experience deemed to be the equivalent.
- Human service industry experience
- The ability to travel to provide support as required
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (must be maintained)
- A current Working with Children Check (must be maintained)
- A current national Police Check (must be maintained)
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained)
- Fully vaccinated against Covid 19
